If you are using a Live.com or a Hotmail.com email it is possible your accounts may block the verification transaction after a few failed attempts. This is a Microsoft email security policy and WCL has no control over that system. It is highly recommended to create a Gmail account and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to have our technical staff make the email change in your WCL back office. This email service seems to send the verification code with no problems.
This has to do with the cookies & cache of the browser you are using. When you surf the internet you are basically leaving a footprint all over the internet and it stores a history of your activity on the browser. Sometimes this can confuse the browser when it does not show all the content on the website page. The solution is to watch the videos above on how to clear your cache based on the device. After clearing the cache this resolves the Captcha Code issue.
